【CBT Event】To be a Bug Hunter

Bug(s) I found: Gems disappear from a character they are attached to after that character is ranked up and don't go back into your inventory
Steps to recreate this bug: Attach gems to any character and rank them up. In my case it was Elfman, and I had a few Block and Counter gems on him that disappeared as well as a few other gems like Attack and Crit.

Bug(s) I found: There is a bug preventing me from completing the "Go to Stronghold: Trial 1 and defeat Lyon" quest given by Natsu. I had cleared the stage before receiving the quest from Natsu and the game doesn't recognize the target mob, Lyon, has already been defeated.

I noticed the hard level for Trial 1 was unlocked upon logging in this morning and Lyon was available to fight. I defeated him but the quest still will not update.

Bugs(s) I found: I found 1 bug and 1 possible bug. The first bug is that when I go to Dungeon and battle vs Totomaru, which is the first battle of the dungeon, it froze the battle, tho the Wold chat was still running, the battle wasn't. it happened 2 times in a row but at the second time it said that I won after I refresh the page.
The second bug, and I don't think it is a bug but I ask you to please correct it, is the CBT Gold Reward, which happens from 11:00 to 13:00, server time, but that time is too late for me and I can't always get in that time, I start to play at 8:00am, Lisbon time, which is 00:00, server time, I play a lot of hours but I don't play 11-13 hours straight, and when I come back at 00:00, server time, I can't get the reward, it will be the second day that I'm out of gold... Could you guys help me pls?
Btw, about the second step refereed by the super moderator, I used to send bug reports by email and maggie send me an response to the bug and referring that I should post it here so...

Steps to recreate this bug: Go to the start chart option and select the skill tab. After that mouseover to the Critical Spark skill to check it's description.
